Parker Fluid Control Division (FCD) is a world-wide industry leader of solenoid valves that  control motion, flow and pressure in a wide variety of applications in all markets. All Gold Ring coils are epoxy encapsulated. This compound is waterproof and impervious  to oil, dust, moisture and most corrosive fumes and vapors. All coils used in Gold Ring  alves are molded and constructed in accordance with UL, IEEE, NEMA and other accepted  standards, and are 100% tested.
