ORFS Male Hose Tails

  

Our hydraulic hose inserts have been manufactured in accordance to ISO, SAE, DIN, JIS, BS, and NF, providing compatibility with a variety of hydraulic hoses. A Zinc coating and Cr-VI free zinc plating process offers superior protection against corrosion, meeting EU and US regulations plus SAE J516 and DIN EN ISO 12151 specifications.
 

The exclusion of hexavalent chromium ensures an eco-friendly outcome without diminishing corrosion resistance.

The zinc-plating tested to EN ISO 9227 yields a minimum of 240 hours without corrosion, prior to crimping. The zinc-plating is a durable choice that will help to extend the life and performance of the hose.

O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS)

This fitting type have high level of sealing and good vibration resistance. The fittings use the O-ring compression mechanism to seal. The female fittings have flat faces and straight threaded UNF swivel nuts. The male fittings have the O-ring in a groove in the flat face.

Standard: ISO 12151-1, ISO8434-3, SAE 516.
