All ORFS Female Swept 45 Deg Hydraulic Hose Inserts are certified to the highest international standards, such as ISO, SAE, DIN, JIS, BS, and NF, enabling them to be used across an extensive range of hydraulic pressure hoses. All carbon steel products are further treated with a Zinc coating and Cr-VI free zinc plating process for superior corrosion resistance, in line with SAE J516 and DIN EN ISO 12151 requirements as well as EU and US regulations.

The exclusion of hexavalent chromium ensures an eco-friendly outcome without diminishing corrosion resistance.

The zinc-plating tested to EN ISO 9227 yields a minimum of 240 hours without corrosion, prior to crimping.

O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS)

This fitting type have high level of sealing and good vibration resistance. The fittings use the O-ring compression mechanism to seal. The female fittings have flat faces and straight threaded UNF swivel nuts. The male fittings have the O-ring in a groove in the flat face.

Standard: ISO 12151-1, ISO8434-3, SAE 516.
