Hose Tails

 The hydraulic hose connectors are manufactured to meet multiple standards, including ISO, SAE, DIN, JIS, BS, and NF, for a range of hydraulic pressure hose applications. A Zinc coating and Cr-VI free zinc plating process provides robust corrosion resistance that is compliant with EU and US regulations plus SAE J516 and DIN EN ISO 12151.

 The exclusion of hexavalent chromium ensures an eco-friendly outcome without diminishing corrosion resistance.

The zinc-plating tested to EN ISO 9227 yields a minimum of 240 hours without corrosion, prior to crimping.

SAE JIC 37°

JIC fittings are a type of metal-to-metal seal with 37° flare sealing angle and a straight United National Fine Thread (UNF). These fittings were designed to SAE specifications and are widely known by their acronym.
