The hydraulic hose connectors are manufactured in accordance with various standards, including ISO, SAE, DIN, JIS, BS, and NF, to ensure a broad range of applications for hydraulic pressure hoses.

A Zinc coating plus Cr-VI free zinc plating protects carbon steel components from corrosion; certified to meet EU and US standards as well as SAE J516 and DIN EN ISO 12151 requirements. Additionally, these processes are free from hexavalent chromium, enabling an eco-friendly outcome without sacrificing performance.

The zinc-plating tested to EN ISO 9227 yields a minimum of 240 hours without corrosion, prior to crimping.

British Standard Pipe Parallel (BSPP)

BSP thread type fittings seal with a 60° angle using either metal-to-metal surfaces or a mixture of metal-to-metal and O-ring components. This sealing process meets the requirements of the BS 5200 and ISO 12151-6 standards.
