Our hydraulic hose connectors are crafted to meet a wide range of standards, including ISO, SAE, DIN, JIS, BS, and NF. Carbon steel components are given a Zinc coating and Cr-VI free zinc plating for superior corrosion resistance and adherence to SAE J516, DIN EN ISO 12151, EU, and US regulations.

 

The exclusion of hexavalent chromium ensures an eco-friendly outcome without diminishing corrosion resistance.

The zinc-plating tested to EN ISO 9227 yields a minimum of 240 hours without corrosion, prior to crimping.

British Standard Pipe Parallel (BSPP)
BSP thread type fittings seal with a 60° angle using either metal-to-metal surfaces or a mixture of metal-to-metal and O-ring components. This sealing process meets the requirements of the BS 5200 and ISO 12151-6 standards.
