The term 150lb is generally used to determine the pressure rating of 150 psi/g.

Class 150 fittings are commonly used in piping systems to alter directions and connections between equipment. These fittings are also used for regulating low-pressure fluid or gas. Suitable applications are hot and cold water, oil, gas and other medium.
