Aventics is an international producer of pneumatic components & systems, with facilities located in the United States, Europe, and China. The pneumatics division of Aventics fabricates pneumatic valves, cylinders, directional valves, pressure valves, electro-pneumatic valves, solenoid valves, fittings, flow controls, actuators, and marine-propulsion regulators.

The company was formed in 2013 through the divestment of the pneumatics division of the Bosch Rexroth. In December 2013, it was sold to the financial investor Triton Partners[3] and traded as Aventics from February 2014 until the Emerson purchase in July 2018.
