Elapsed times of dispatch are submitted without liability for delay however occasioned, but every effort will be made to achieve them.

Collecting Goods
If you arrange to collect goods yourself it is your responsibility to collect these goods within 3 working days. If you do not, we reserve the right to send these goods by our carrier and you will be charged for that service. Any claims for non-delivery, loss in transit or late delivery must be made within 4 days of the delivery date.

Standard Delivery
Subject to couriers, standard delivery is 2-3 days.

Next Day
Next day deliveries will be attempted up until 6pm, subject to couriers.

Premium & Same Day Delivery
Premium, after hours & same day delivery services are available on request.

Not Available To Receive/Deliver
If no one is available when the goods are delivered:

  • If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the goods cannot be posted through a letterbox, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the goods from a local depot.
  • If you do not re-arrange delivery or if after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery/return costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
